The Concert

I went to the MYMP concert in UPHL yesterday. It was also my first photography stint. They said it was supposed to start at 7 but as usual with Filipinos it started late....

There were also other band that played. The first band is Shamrock. They played their own songs and they covered songs from Incubus, Green Day, Matchbo20, Blink 182 and Third eye Blind. They were also the band who sung the theme song from Sassy Girl Chung Hyang and Jewel in the Palace. I was able to take a lot of shots from them since they're the first band and I asked Ken to take a picture of me with the band. They band was nice and they're very approachable.

Next band was Juana. They played their songs like Pansinin Mo and Goodbye. They also played Said and Done. It was nice to take pictures of the vocalist because she has nice facial expression. Cute.

After that the band that everyone was waiting for MYMP. It took a little longer for MYMP to start because Juris didn't come on the stage and I don't know what the reason was. I saw her shoes and bag and it was nice. Chin however is wearing make-up because of the lights. After I took and used up all my shots I went home because I was tired from standing and taking pictures.

Ken said the pictures that I took were nice for someone who took pictures in low light. I haven't finished the post processing but I made a collage of the pictures that I took from each band. I already posted it on my photoblog.

I think it will take a while before I can finish the post processing because I have to work again.

back to work

After a week of being sick. I was able to go back to work. Our company occupies three floors in the building and our team is supposed to stay at the 12th floor. I didn't want to see everyone yet so I have been taking calls at the 11th floor for almost 5 days. Still they were able to see me because of our team meeting.

Some of my team mates were eager to see me and some I don't know and I don't care. It was nice that I was able to took a week from them and now I feel that I'm a newbie and I don't know anyone. Maybe next week I'll be more comfortabe working.

Anyway, I signed up for a photoblog today. I called it Keeshy's mobile photography. I'llplace pictures from my mobile phone which I think are artistic and pictures that I have edited and other snapshots from my everyday life.

I'm excited to place more pictures and I'm still browsing my computer for the pictures. I already placed a link on this blog.

Bad case of sore throat

It was Saturday night, I woke up my throat hurts and I feel weak. I had to drag myself to work that night. Good thing, Ken brought me to work. I was planning on going VTO but it wasn't availing so Ken went home early. I was able to work half day but my throat hurts when I speak and when I ate lunch.

I got home, slept and then I got fever and chills and my body was aching so bad... I was able to sleep for the afternoon but when night came, I couldn't sleep because my body was aching. This was the same thing during Sunday morning only I can't speak.

Monday came, Went to the doctor. found out it was a bd care of sore throat. Actually, it was peritonsil abcess. I was given meds and I cant go to work for 3 days because I have to stop talking for 3 days.

Tuesday, I was feeling better but my throat still hurts when I speak. I hope I feel better soon...

one week of nothingness

It's been a long time since I blogged.

I just had a chance to go online since my brother is still sleeping. He has been busy working on his thesis and has been hogging the computer for a long time now. I haven't had a chance to use the pc because of my pst time schedule which means I sleeping at day and working at night.

Wel... anyway....

I had a chance to do some bloghopping and I can say that I'm very impressed at how blogging makes people very creative. Some of the creative blogs that I have seen are created by girls younger than me not that I am old. okay. Makes me wonder why didn't I ever bother to create my own layout for my blog?

Well, I started my blog just before I got my work. My work though doesn't give time to be able to work on my graphic arts and other projects in my computer. I miss editing and tweaking photos. I had a chance to create my website befire but I wasn't able to keep it. I have to be able to manage my time because this is what my works make me do. Miss the stuff that I really love to do. It's something that I love to do even I don't get money for it.
